An elopement ceremony is basically a very simple marriage ceremony.
However, unlike city hall we feel you can still have a beautiful, romantic ceremony even if you are eloping. Pick your own ceremony wording, invite guests, wear a wedding gown.
(If you are having a processional, these packages do not qualify.)

Preparing for your wedding vows should be an enjoyable time. Weddings in the Catskills can help you design your wedding ceremony with minimal stress. Wether you plan your wedding in the Catskill Mountains area or outside of the Catskill Mountain Region, we will provide you with sample ceremonies where you can choose one or mix them to create a wedding ceremony that expresses you as a couple.
Along with performing the wedding ceremony we specialize in being your ceremony coordinator. As the ceremony coordinator we will arrive approximately an hour prior to ceremony, assist guests, help the wedding party participants with attire and flowers, coordinate with other ceremony vendors to create unity and assist with any needs of the couple.
Suitable rituals can be incorporated, such as:
unity candle, breaking the glass, sand ceremony,
hand ceremony or jumping the broom.

** Travel Fees **

All travel within 20 miles of Phoenicia, NY (12464) is included in package price. For each mile over 20 miles an additional $1 will be charged per mile. Maximum travel fee is $250, (for each trip), with an exception of events over 150 miles. Due to the increased Gas prices we have had to charge for our Travel over 20 miles from Phoenicia.
